"Unforgettable: A Tribute to Dinah Washington" is the 1964 studio album by Aretha Franklin, released on Columbia Records on February 18, 1964, as her fifth studio album. Robert Mersey produced the original sessions, which were recorded at Columbia Recording Studios in New York and Hollywood from February 7 to 10, 1964, and the album spans jazz, soul, blues, and R&B. Franklin recorded the set as a tribute to the recently deceased singer Dinah Washington, a friend of her father. Key tracks include the title song "Unforgettable," "Cold, Cold Heart," and "This Bitter Earth," while a 1995 reissue produced by John Snyder added the bonus track "Lee Cross." AllMusic rated the album 4.5 out of five stars, and Snyder called it "a very soulful record, a record of inspired singing by one of the great voices of our time."
