"Look at Them Beans" is a 1975 country album by Johnny Cash, released on Columbia Records and produced by Don Davis and Charlie Bragg. The album features the Joe Tex title track along with Guy Clark's "Texas - 1947," Harlan Howard's "No Charge," and "Gone," written by Helen Carter and June Carter Cash. Cash was backed by the Tennessee Three as his core session group, with additional guitarists Bob Wootton and Pete Wade. The album reached number 38 on the Top Country Albums chart, and the title track single peaked at number 17. Recorded at the House of Cash studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee, the record marked a return to Cash's traditional sound after "John R. Cash" had pursued a more modern approach.
