"Happiness Is You" is a 1966 country and folk album by Johnny Cash, his twenty-fourth studio album, released on Columbia Records and produced by Don Law and Frank Jones. Assembled from sessions recorded between 1962 and 1965, the album features ten songs including the title track and a re-recording of "Guess Things Happen That Way," one of Cash's earliest Sun compositions. Cash was backed by Luther Perkins on guitar, Marshall Grant on bass, and W.S. Holland on drums, with Norman Blake on dobro, Maybelle Carter on autoharp, and backing vocals from the Carter Family and the Statler Brothers. The album reached number 10 on the Country Albums chart in 1966. It had originally been slated for the title "That's What You Get for Lovin' Me" before being renamed, and it did not appear on CD until a 2012 box set.
