By the Numbers
Dexter Holland wrote all ten songs on Supercharged, the band's eleventh studio album and their fourth consecutive record produced by Bob Rock. The release stands out as the band's first studio album since 1992's Ignition not to enter the Billboard 200, though it charted strongly internationally and on rock radio. Lead single 'Make It All Right' became the band's first number 1 on Billboard's Rock & Alternative Airplay chart, signaling that Holland's writing still connects on rock formats decades into the band's run.
The eleventh album took shape between September 2022 and May 2024 across the band's D-13 room in Huntington Beach, two studios on Maui and The Warehouse in Vancouver, with Bob Rock producing his fourth Offspring record in a row. Concord released it in October 2024. It is the first album to list Todd Morse as an official member on bass, and the first with multi-instrumentalist Jonah Nimoy and drummer Brandon Pertzborn, which makes it the first Offspring album recorded by a five-piece. Ten tracks, thirty two minutes, all of them written by Dexter Holland.
