By the Numbers
Nine of the ten tracks name Brandon Smith as sole composer and sole lyricist, and he is the producer, mixer and mastering engineer on all ten. The one crack in that is "CRAWL", where Amir Davidson of Julien-K joins as co-composer and Julien-K appears as the featured act, so the record's only shared writing credit and its only guest sit on the same song. Every track is published by FiXT New Noise Songs, the imprint tied to the label rather than to an outside publisher, which keeps the whole album inside one rights chain.
Voltage is a studio album by The Anix, released on 22 November 2024 through FiXT. Brandon Smith wrote, produced, mixed and mastered all ten tracks, and the only outside writer on the record is Amir Davidson of Julien-K, who shares "CRAWL". Julien-K is also the album's single guest act, appearing on that same track. Raf Rennie drew the cover.
