Data Insight

2300 Jackson Street was the group's final studio album and the first made without Michael and Marlon Jackson, who left after the 1984 Victory Tour. With only four brothers remaining, the Jacksons turned to outside production teams of the era, including L.A. Reid and Babyface, Teddy Riley, and Michael Omartian, giving the record a late-1980s new jack swing sound. The nostalgic title track, named after the family's childhood home in Gary, Indiana, briefly reunited all the Jackson siblings on vocals.

2300 Jackson Street is the seventh studio album by The Jacksons, released in July 1989. It was the group's last studio album and notable for reuniting all five original brothers, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, and Randy, along with guest appearances by Michael and Janet Jackson on the title track. Michael does not sing on any other tracks. The album was produced by various producers including L.A. Reid and Babyface.
