SongSuey uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data: page views, session duration, and general traffic patterns. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is not linked to individual users.
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any account information. We do not run ads. We do not sell data.
If you prefer not to be counted in our analytics, you can opt out by opening your browser console on any SongSuey page and running:
localStorage.setItem('no_track', '1')
This sets a flag that disables GA4 on all future visits from that browser. To re-enable analytics, remove the flag: localStorage.removeItem('no_track')
GA4 may set cookies to distinguish returning visitors. No other cookies are used on this site.
Artist and album pages link to external sources including Wikipedia, AllMusic, and MusicBrainz. These sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave SongSuey.
