By the Numbers
Every one of the ten tracks is written by Whibley and nobody else, the only Sum 41 album where that is true from start to finish. He also produces, engineers and mixes it. Twenty-three years into the band, the credit sheet has narrowed to one name in every column.
Order in Decline is Sum 41's seventh album, released in July 2019 on Hopeless Records. Deryck Whibley wrote, produced, engineered and mixed all of it. It is the band's most political record, and "Out for Blood" reached the top ten on Canada's rock chart.
