Ice on Fire is the nineteenth studio album by Elton John, released in November 1985 on Rocket Records and produced by Gus Dudgeon. The album marked the return of original producer Dudgeon, who had helmed Elton's greatest work in the early 1970s, and the reunion brought some of the warmth and melodic richness of those earlier records. 'Wrap Her Up,' featuring George Michael, became a substantial hit on both sides of the Atlantic, and 'Nikita' became one of Elton's most beloved ballads of the decade.
