It arrived while Cyrus was starring in the PAX TV medical drama Doc, and several songs tie back to that role, including 'Stand Still,' which served as the show's theme. Jeff Tweel produced the fifteen-track record, which mixes country ballads with mid-tempo material. Cyrus had a writing hand in seven of the songs, including the title track and 'Nobody,' while the rest came from outside Nashville writers such as Casey Beathard, Walt Aldridge, and Victoria Shaw. The album closes with an acoustic re-recording of 'Some Gave All,' the title song from his 1992 debut. It reached number 56 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart.
