Better Late Than Never Songwriting Credits by Romeo Santos

The billing is shared, the pen is not. Santos is a credited writer on all thirteen tracks and a credited producer on all thirteen, which is how his solo records are built rather than how a guest turns up on someone else's. Prince Royce writes under his legal name, Geoffrey Royce Rojas, and takes composer credit on four songs: the title track, 'Lokita Por Mí', 'Jezabel' and 'Mi Plan'. The album's published track listing names him only on the title track, and the other three credits come from the pressing's credit list. Around Santos sits a settled room. Isaiah Ennio Parker composes on twelve of the thirteen and produces or co-produces ten, and also engineers the recordings. Alexander Caba, the requinto player Santos calls ChiChi, composes on ten and plays guitar on every track. Rico Love writes three songs and produces the opener, and Jeffrey Nortey writes four. So the writing splits lopsided by design: one lead author with his own crew, and a co-billed partner who sings lead everywhere and writes on under a third of the record.
