By the Numbers
All the Right Reasons is Nickelback's best-selling album and is fully self-written, credited to the band with Chad Kroeger as the central writer. It generated an unusually deep run of hits, including the top-ten singles "Photograph," "Far Away," and "Rockstar." Certified Diamond in the US, the album is entirely the band's own work and one of the best-selling rock records of the century.
All the Right Reasons came out on Roadrunner on October 4, 2005, the band's first record with drummer Daniel Adair, and topped both the Billboard 200 and the Canadian chart. Seven singles were pulled from its eleven tracks, among them 'Photograph,' 'Far Away' and 'Rockstar,' all top ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100. Chad Kroeger wrote every lyric and the music is credited to the band, with Joey Moi co-producing. The RIAA certified it diamond in March 2017 on 7.96 million US copies, and worldwide sales stand at 11 million.
