Don Juan Songwriting Credits by Maluma

The record belongs to two writing rooms. MadMusick, the brothers Jonathan and Giencarlos Rivera, write on twelve of the twenty-five tracks and produce thirteen, which makes them the closest thing Don Juan has to a house band. Edgar Barrera writes on twelve as well and produces six, and the desk he shares with Keityn, L.E.X.V.Z and Casta supplies the pop and regional Mexican corner while the Rudeboyz and Ily Wonder handle the trap. Maluma writes on all twenty-five and shares every one of them, five or six co-writers being normal and nine turning up on "Trofeo". Guests arrive with their own production teams attached, so Gordo built "Parcera" himself, DJ Luian and Mambo Kingz took "Diablo, Qué Chimba", and Sergio George arranged the salsa on "La Fórmula" next to Marc Anthony. Behind the desk the album is far more centralised than the credit list suggests: Mike Fuller mastered twenty of the twenty-five, EARCANDY mixed eleven and Luis Barrera Jr. mixed nine.
