Drew Fulk, who had worked with Motionless in White and Asking Alexandria, was the first outside producer Disturbed had worked with since Kevin Churko. Ann Wilson of Heart provides guest vocals on Don't Tell Me, the most prominent guest vocal in Disturbed's studio catalog.
