Can't Slow Down Songwriting Credits by Foreigner

Can't Slow Down is the ninth studio album by Foreigner, released September 29, 2009 on Rhino Records in North America and their first album of new material in fifteen years. By this point founding guitarist Mick Jones was the only original member, having rebuilt the band around lead singer Kelly Hansen, who replaced Lou Gramm, alongside bassist Jeff Pilson, keyboardist Michael Bluestein, multi-instrumentalist Thom Gimbel, and drummer Brian Tichy. Most of the record was written by Jones and Hansen with producer and songwriter Marti Frederiksen, who also handled recording and co-produced the bulk of the album with Jones. Mark Ronson stepped in to produce a re-recording of the 1977 Jones song 'Fool for You Anyway' that closes the standard edition. The album reached number 29 on the Billboard 200 and number 12 on the Top Rock Albums chart, earning Gold certification in the United States, while singles 'When It Comes to Love' and 'In Pieces' reached the Billboard Adult Contemporary top 20.
