And Justice for None is band-written apart from two covers: a hit version of Kenny Wayne Shepherd's 'Blue on Black' and The Offspring's 'Gone Away.' The originals are credited to the band with Kevin Churko, and the album produced three No. 1 Mainstream Rock singles. Churko produced. It debuted near the top of the Billboard 200 and confirmed the band's radio dominance late in the 2010s.
And Justice for None was finished by the end of 2016 but held back while the band worked through problems with Prospect Park, and it did not appear until May 18, 2018. At 47 minutes it is their longest album. It entered the Billboard 200 at number four. Two of its songs, 'Trouble' and a cover of the Offspring's 'Gone Away,' had already surfaced on the 2017 compilation A Decade of Destruction. Three singles topped the Mainstream Rock chart, among them a cover of Kenny Wayne Shepherd's 'Blue on Black.' It is the last album for Prospect Park and the last with founding drummer Jeremy Spencer, who left that December.
