Three names sit on all fourteen tracks: Ozuna, Beéle and Súper Dakis (Diego León Vélez Márquez), who writes on every song and sings on none. Flambo (Edwin José Collazos De La Hoz) writes on eleven and produces the same eleven, so the working core is four people rather than the two on the cover. The record breaks that pattern twice. "Enemigos" is the Ovy on the Drums track, with its own writing team of Anthony Santos, Dani and Keityn, its own recording by Beéle and Hi Music Hi Flow, and Mosty on both the mix and the master. "Liberal" is the other exception, written and produced by Dynell, Golden, Legazzy and Yazid Rivera, mixed by Jemin Ryoo, Jono Richer and DJ Swivel, and mastered by DJ Swivel. Everything else runs through one room, with EARCANDY recording and mixing the other twelve tracks and Ricardo Sangiao mastering them.

Ozuna and Beéle named the record after Stendhal syndrome, the physical reaction some people have to overwhelming beauty, and ran fourteen tracks through Caribbean rhythms, Afrobeat textures and Latin pop. Sony Music and Nibiru put it out on 5 December 2025, after "Enemigos" in November and "Pikito" four days before the album. Flambo produced eleven of the fourteen tracks, EARCANDY recorded and mixed twelve of them, and Ricardo Sangiao mastered those twelve. "Enemigos" went to number one on Billboard's Latin Rhythm Airplay chart and number 26 on Hot Latin Songs.
