Missy Elliott's fifth studio album, released November 25, 2003, through The Goldmind Inc. and Elektra Records. This Is Not a Test! was recorded quickly in the wake of Under Construction's commercial success and is generally considered a lesser, transitional entry in her catalog, a bridging record before a two-year hiatus. The album features Mary J. Blige on the opening interlude and closing outro, Jay-Z, R. Kelly, Nelly, Fabolous, Monica, Beenie Man, Elephant Man, and The Clark Sisters. "Pass That Dutch" was the lead single and reached the top twenty on the Hot 100. Production expands beyond the Timbaland/Elliott axis to include Soul Diggaz ("Is This Our Last Time") and Nisan Stewart co-producing three tracks with Brockman and Elliott. Elliott co-wrote all sixteen tracks.
