Data Insight
Thirteen of the 18 tracks carry his name and two carry nobody else. His son Romeo appears throughout and the label is now No Limit Forever, run as a family concern. After six albums with no credits at all, this one puts names back on most of the songs.
The Gift came out on No Limit Forever and XLP in December 2013, his first album in eight years. It did not chart.

Data note: "I Ain't Goin Let It Happen Twice" has no documented writer. The album article leaves its writer cell blank, the Discogs pressing lists no writing credits for the record at all, MusicBrainz holds no work relationships, and the Genius page for the track has been removed. It runs five minutes on the MusicBrainz release, which is full song length rather than a skit, so its writers are undocumented rather than absent and the album stays unverified. The other four tracks the article leaves blank are credited from Genius.
