The Story

Percy Robert Miller founded No Limit Records in 1991 and ran it out of a record shop in Richmond, California before moving it back to New Orleans. Ice Cream Man in 1996 and Ghetto D the year after turned the label into one of the biggest independent operations in American music. Fifteen studio albums have come out under his own name.
