By the Numbers
Fourteen of the fifteen tracks credit a Madden and eleven credit both, the first album where the brothers are not always on a song together; the exception is an interlude. Don Gilmore, John Feldmann and Detail appear as co-writers. The credit sheet widening is a fair signal of a record made twice: the first version, produced by Howard Benson, was abandoned.
Cardiology is Good Charlotte's fifth album, released in November 2010 on Capitol. Don Gilmore returned to produce after sessions with Howard Benson were scrapped. It sold 52,000 in the United States and preceded a four-year hiatus.
