Zedd produced and executive-produced True Colors, co-writing nearly every track with the guest vocalists who front them. Selena Gomez sang and co-wrote lead single 'I Want You to Know' with Zedd, Ryan Tedder, and KDrew, while Jon Bellion topped 'Beautiful Now,' Troye Sivan featured on 'Papercut,' and Kesha appeared on the title track. With additional vocals from Logic, X Ambassadors, Bahari, and Echosmith, the record stays a producer-led EDM project where Zedd shapes the production and his collaborators supply the toplines.
