The Authorship Story

Data Insight

LAROI holds a writing credit on all thirty-four tracks across both albums, and never once as the sole writer, which is standard for this end of pop-rap: the producers write too. Billy Walsh is his most frequent partner at ten tracks and Omer Fedi at nine, with Fedi also producing nine. The shift between records shows in the production rather than the writing. The First Time is spread across a large cast of rap producers; Before I Forget narrows onto DOPAM!NE and Andrew Aged, who between them shape almost the whole R&B turn.
