By the Numbers
All 14 tracks carry him and not one carries only him, the exact opposite of the album that opened his career. The Neptunes are back and so is a long list of guests. It is the last record he has released, and he stopped writing alone before he stopped recording.
Tarantula came out on Jive in December 2001, fifteen months after Let's Get Ready, and is certified gold. "Bouncin' Back (Bumpin' Me Against the Wall)" reached number 37 on the Billboard Hot 100.
