Data Insight

Seven tracks, all credited to Mastodon, two of them over ten minutes. The record was written after drummer Brann Dailor's sister Skye died, and the flat band credit means nothing in the paperwork points at whose album it is.

Crack the Skye came out in March 2009 and is Mastodon's best-selling album, with 200,000 copies sold in the United States. Brendan O'Brien produced it and it runs seven tracks in fifty minutes.
