By the Numbers
Khalid co-wrote his third album with a producer-writer team documented to include Edgar Barrera, John Hill, Psymun, M-Phazes and Chrome Sparks, with additional writing from Aldae and Mark London. Denis Kosiak handled mixing and vocal production across the record, and Dale Becker mastered it. The only guest on the standard edition is Arlo Parks on 'Breathe,' while the December 2024 deluxe edition added Normani, Ayra Starr and Chloe Bailey.
Sincere is the third studio album by Khalid, released on August 2, 2024 through Right Hand Music Group and RCA Records. The contemporary R&B and pop record was produced by Edgar Barrera, John Hill, M-Phazes, Psymun, and others, with Arlo Parks featured on "Breathe" and the deluxe edition adding Normani, Ayra Starr, and Chlöe. Its songs include "Please Don't Fall in Love with Me," which interpolates Alicia Keys and Drake's "Un-thinkable (I'm Ready)," along with "Adore U" and "Heatstroke." The album reached number 43 on the Billboard 200 and number 11 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Critics highlighted its airy harmonies while noting that some tracks blended together.
