By the Numbers
Luke Combs co-wrote all twelve tracks on his debut, building the record with early collaborators including Ray Fulcher, Wyatt Durrette, Robert Williford and Rob Snyder rather than relying on outside-written cuts. Scott Moffatt produced alongside Sammy Mitchell, shaping the arena-country sound that carried 'Hurricane' and 'When It Rains It Pours' to the top of country radio. 'Beautiful Crazy,' co-written with Williford and Snyder, became the album's signature ballad. The writing leans on Combs's own voice and his Nashville co-writing circle throughout.
