Allen is credited on all eleven tracks, always alongside whoever produced them: Future Cut on five, Greg Kurstin on three, Mark Ronson on one. The extra names on "Smile" belong to Jackie Mittoo and Coxsone Dodd, whose reggae record the track is built on, which is where the album's ska undertow comes from on the credit sheet as well as in the sound.

Alright, Still is Lily Allen's debut, released in July 2006 on Regal after the Myspace demos that got her signed. Future Cut, Greg Kurstin and Mark Ronson produced it. "Smile" topped the UK Singles Chart for two weeks, and the album sold over 2.6 million copies worldwide and was nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at the 50th Grammy Awards.
