By the Numbers
The album credits every one of its 21 tracks to Cypress Hill as a group rather than to individuals, which is recorded here as the four of them. Muggs built it around field recordings made in Egypt. After a record where outside writers were on everything, this one has nobody from outside at all.
Elephants on Acid came out on BMG in September 2018, eight years after Rise Up and the first album with DJ Muggs back in the group. It did not chart a single on the Billboard Hot 100.
